You can easily complete the entire leasing process online by clicking here. Fill out and submit your application, your guarantor’s application, and your roommate preferences form. You can even complete the lease for your new unit online! We are also available on site if you wish to visit us to apply in person.
Each Resident pays a flat monthly rental rate that includes your fully-furnished bedroom, living room, kitchen, and in-unit laundry. Residents also have access to our building amenities including a 24/7 fitness center, outdoor courtyard & pool, sky deck patio, conference room, study rooms, free printing station, and monthly resident events.
You can pay rent online or arrange to pay by check or money order at the leasing office.
Yes. Forget the struggle of a hectic move in. Included in each unit floor plan is a TV, couch, chair, barstools, full-size bed, dresser and private desk with chair.
An individual lease is a per bed lease, which means that you are only responsible for your portion of the rent. You lease a bedroom and share the common areas of the unit with your roommate(s).
Yes. Pets are allowed if they meet requirements and all roommates agree to have a pet in the unit. Please contact the leasing office to discuss restrictions and requirements.
Yes! We offer a roommate matching program that matches you with your future roommate. A roommate matching questionnaire is available online when you sign your lease. If you already have a roommate selected, we will work with you to confirm you receive your selected roommate(s).
The Heights has 24-hour secured access with 109 security cameras. Each individual unit has its own key fob that you and your roommate(s) have access to.
Yes, absolutely. There is surface parking available for each resident to park their car on the premises.
Our on-site maintenance team is dedicated to resolving any maintenance issues quickly and conveniently. You can submit maintenance requests online or in person at our leasing office. 24-hour emergency maintenance service will also be available.
Rent varies depending on the size of the unit, the floor style preference, and the location. Please contact our leasing office to learn more about pricing before your favorite floor plan sells out.
Yes. Each unit has its own washer and dryer.
